The costs of organizing the 2x7 2007 is unfortunately quite high (they total ca. $6.600) and rather beyond our affordance. Therefore we offer you co-operation, whose details have been presented in the sponsorship tab.

Detailed costs of the Expedition are as follows:

Getting there and permits:

• Rail tickets to Moscow ca. $170.
• Air tickets Moscow - Dushanbe ca. $1.200 return.
• Accommodation in Dushanbe and on the way to Base Camp: ca. $120.
• Transfer to and from the Base Camp on the Walter Glacier: by car ca. $400, by helicopter ca. $800.
• Summit permits (2 single permits each peak) $520.
• Visas: $500.

Total, Getting there and permits: $2,910.

Costs of gear to replenish what we currently possess:

• High-altitude expedition tent: $300.
• Down suits $680.
• Mountaineering boots $500.
• Down sleeping bags $700.
• Ice axes $400.
• Helmets $150.
• Climbing backpacks (smaller than transport rucksacks) $250.
• Renting a satelllite phone for live transmissions ca. $700 (the cost is so high due to necessity to insure the phone in case it should be lost).

Total, Gear: ca. $3,680.
