10/12/2007 - Well, we did not make it this year - a pity but we will try next year! This website will be updated soon - do pay a visit in a few days :)
26/06/2007 - on Miki's website you can see the pics from our not really successful ;) trip to the Alps. Although we were not lucky to climb what we planned there was still much fun and beautiful scenery to see.
28/05/2007 - I guess this is no longer a secret that we did not manage to raise engough funds to finance this year's expedidtion. But we never give up! Next year we will be better prepared, and it is you, who can help us! Just enter Miki's expeditions and try some of the Google ads. By clicking them you help us financing the next year's expedition. Thanks! :)
01/04/2007 - Miki managed to prepare the film from our trip to the Alps. Feel invited to view it.
20/03/2007 - The Alps showed their humours. Snow up to our waists or even chests made it impossible to even come to the foot of Jungrau. This time the adventure was tipped by climbing a nearly three thousand peak only. In spite of this, it was of course fun and what's more important - we learnt much about ourselves and the mountains. The log of the trip will be available from here a bit later.
28/02/2007 - Starting from 10/03/2007 we plan to do some "warmup" in Bern Alps (Switzerland) and climb a four-thousand peak.
Probably Jungfrau (4,158) will be chosen,
and our goal is to check out how we and our gear deal with snow and mixed terrain and also winter weather,
which should be similar to that expectable in Pamir in summer. We also aim to win a sporting advantage:
so far neither of us has done any serious winter ascent.
27/02/2007 - The website of the Expedition was enriched with English version. Welcome to our Expedition! ;)
25/02/2007 - In the "News" tab we are going to present current info on the Expedition, development in its organization,
and other related issues, incl. live transmissions while the Expedition will be running. Should this page become overloaded before,
we will open a new tab for live transmissions. Do keep up!
